The idea on all digital modes is NOT to affect or distort signal cleanliness with any amount of "ALC" limiting or compression whatsoever. That means adjusting digital and or analog input levels and transmitter gain circuitry for thresholds below where the ALC "limiting" circuit shows or indicates any level whatsoever.
Just get on the air every chance you get, and enjoy the journey - fun and rewarding things in life are not always about the destination. NO ONE gets even close to 100% confirmations, and your rate is not unusual for using just QRZ without also adding in confirmations from LoTW as well. The contacts will come - and the confirmations as well.
When I ask one of the hunters who confirmed the a park QSO with me, his logbook does not show my QTH as the park (even though mine does) but instead my home QTH. I occasionally activate parks in DC which is difficult for many to get and I will get emails because it will show my QTH as CT which is my FCC address and they want a DC confirmation.

We do not add them manually. New callsigns usually appear within a few days of issuance, but on rare occasions it can take up to 10 days. Once your callsign appears, log out and then back in and you should be able to make any applicable changes or additions to your page.
